# $XAR

$XAR is the only governance token in XAR.  The total supply of $XAR is 1,000,000,000.

$XAR will be mined in the following ways. Additionally, the distribution will follow a logic similar to Bitcoin's halving to better incentivize early holders. 

* Cloud Anchors operation: $XAR will be distributed to those who operate Cloud Anchors. Cloud Anchors are key to data synchronization in AR. Setting up a Cloud Anchor requires users to scan a specific environment and upload data. Other users must associate their Voxel-based items with a Cloud Anchor to be synchronized and visible to others. Operating Cloud Anchors is essential for enriching this world, and we will continually incentivize operators, much like Bitcoin rewards miners.
* In-game Activities: Users who remain active in the game starting from now will earn varying amounts of $XAR based on their activities.

The main utilities of $XAR are as follows.

* Spatial ads bidding
* Purchasing in-game assets, such as $ENC, $VOXEL
* Staking to join the game
* Governance
